Don't Die Without Exploring What Your Body Is Truly Capable Of LIMITED
Saturday June 21, 2025 8:30am - 10:00am EDT
Most of us are walking around in bodies we’ve never really learned how to use. We push through workouts, deal with nagging aches, and think “this is just how it is now.”

This workshop flips that script.

Using the GMB method, we’ll dig into practical, no-BS movements that rebuild real capability—so you can feel strong, mobile, and actually at home in your body. No chasing aesthetics or grinding through pain. Just thoughtful, skill-driven movement that makes your daily life—and your hobbies—better.

You’ll learn:
  • How to assess your current capabilities without judgment
  • Foundational movements that improve strength, flexibility, and control—without long warmups or punishing routines
  • Simple strategies to reclaim your autonomy and keep doing the stuff you love (or want to get back to)

Whether you're dealing with tight hips, cranky shoulders, or just a sense that your body’s potential is locked away somewhere—this is your wake-up call.

Because you don’t want to look back wondering what might’ve been possible.

Relational Breathwork LIMITED
Saturday June 21, 2025 10:30am - 12:00pm EDT
How we relate to others—and the world around us—shapes much of our lives. It’s natural. It’s unavoidable. The theme of Relationship Breathwork is: how are we showing up in our relationships? Which ones are we avoiding or struggling with, and where can we open up more?

Rooted in ancient yogic practices and growing in popularity across the globe this ceremonial breathwork can be a powerful catalyst for healing, insight, and relational growth.

Breathwork, as shared by Tyler and Liz, is an active meditation using deep, rhythmic breathing through the mouth and nose. The practice brings us quickly into the body and heart—clearing stuck emotions, sharpening clarity, and reawakening to our fullest selves. Using a three-part breath pattern, participants are invited to trust their breath and inner wisdom, soften defenses, and experience deeper levels of connection—inwardly and outwardly.

Trained under the lineage of David Elliott, Tyler and Liz are certified Breathwork facilitators and teacher trainers. They live in the Virgin Islands and share this work internationally.

“Relationships are a full-length mirror.”
